Game Bluescreen crashed on PS5

Game crashed on PS5 during a Cryo 6 Vault Run.
Id like my gear and Key back.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We are tracking PS5 crash reports like this and actively investigating them, but we’re not able to restore gear or refund consumed keys lost due to crashes or disconnects from individual runs.

    A couple of things that help the team nail this down faster:
    Use the PS5 system crash report (when prompted after the blue screen) and be sure to leave it enabled for Marathon.
    If you can reliably reproduce it (same map, point in the run, action just before the bluescreen), grab those details and a short video clip and include them in a report in the Marathon Help section.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
