CyAc commendations not being rewarded
Hi,
I've recently been playing solo on DM and when successfully extracting, I am not receiving any commendations. I currently sit at 2 only and would have expected to see this rise with solo extracts.
Update: Solo extract with other runners provides the points.

We understand that you're not receiving CyAc commendations when extracting solo, but they are being rewarded when extracting alongside other runners.
We'll pass this along to the team for visibility. To help with further investigation, could you please share a short clip or screenshots showing a solo where commendations are not awarded? You can upload them to a service like Imgur or Youtube and provide the link here.
Additionally, if you're able to include the approximate time and platform, that would be helpful.

I'm on pc (Steam) and it is occurring continually, throughout the day. If you can point me to the section of the exfil recap screen that shows commendations being awarded, I'll try to provide a video, however I usually check by looking at my remaining commendations in the vault.

I understand that Softshell/CyAc commendations show up as additional material in your Vault (Materials tab) after the run.
If possible, please share screenshots of your vault before and after the run so we can take a closer look. You can upload them via Imgur or Youtube and post the link here.
Hi, below are the images on the website that state solo exfil get the commendations, along with a before screenshot, a successful exfil screenshot, and an after screenshot.
the commendation number stays at 7 after exfil.

We can see that the commendation count remains unchanged after a solo extract. This has been noted and shared with the development team for investigation.

Same thing happens to me I’m owed at least 56 commendations lol. I had 1 out of 12-13 exfil’d award them.
