Parasitism 4/5 Not Rewarding Completion Upon DCON Without Exfil

All players on PC, connected through Steam.
The issue is as follows - upon completion of the DCON of Synthsilk Sample from Parasitism 4/5, contract was marked complete. However, roughly 1 minute afterwards, the second mission objective was unchecked from the completion list, and the mission was rolled back to an incomplete state. Recording shows full team extracting samples (minus myself, for some reason it didn't let me interact with the item after my crewmates had) and myself taking one of the samples into DCON, which should have been enough to clear the mission for the full crew. Happened 4/28, roughly 2:20-2:30 AM CST. Below the recording can be found, starting from directly before the sample extraction up until a few seconds after the mission check for the extraction was unchecked.
