Key template not giving me a key
Just finished a match, and a couple days prior I took key template in and didn’t get a key. Figured I was an idiot and dropped it.
Just finished another raid with a superior key template and nothing again!! Hoping someone has some insight here. Probably happened 3 times now but this time it was a purple key template so alittle annoyed.

Is there any way to atleast get my latest key? I have the details of the match. It was on April 26th, exfill was at 9:30pm EST during perimeter at Station.
Hi there.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
So…. Does that mean I’m getting my key templates or key back? Cause this is a game issue.
