Stuck in Dire Marsh Greenhouse room. Lost gold card opportunity

- Description of Issue - Unlocked the Dire Marsh Greenhouse room with a gold card. Looted 1 box then got stuck on a crate for the rest of the game. Lost my gold card and all the contents in the room because of this stuck. Even tried killing myself and reviving, with no luck. I would like the gold card to be put back onto my account please.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 24APR26 approximate 9:00 pm
- Repro steps - I jumped onto a box in the corner
