Character Power Level stuck at 300 after tutorial - The Final Shape owned
Good day!
I am writing to report a progression issue on my account (PC Steam).
After completing the New Light tutorial, my gear Power Level is stuck at 300. Every new item drop or reward I receive is capped at 300 PL, even though I own "The Final Shape" expansion.
As I understand, the current Power Floor for the game should be 1900. Being stuck at 300 prevents me from playing most activities, including the new expansion content.
Account Details:
- Platform: PC (Steam)
- Expansion Owned: The Final Shape
- Issue: Power Level capped at 300 instead of 1900 after tutorial.
Could you please investigate this and help me synchronize my account's power level with the current floor?
