Final Exfil on Dire Marsh Didn't Spawn
Just lost a run due to final exfil on Dire Marsh not spawning. lost nearly 30k of inventory value as a result after a long fight.

- Description of Issue - Final exfil didn't spawn, only map event was lockdown at algae ponds (uncompleted)
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Game was roughly 8:30pm aest on 23/04/2026
I have an image of the gear I lost, but not the remainder of my trio. This cannot happen in an extraction shooter
