Codex rewards wiped

the last update removed my pending codex claims for things like profiteer and lvl 75 reward without giving a reward that I was waiting to claim till I had the vault space. There were probably more, but those are the 2 I noticed.

    We understand that certain unclaimed Codex rewards appear to have been wiped by the latest update to the game. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. For our investigation, please consider sharing the following details:

    • The platform you play the game on.
    • Did you experience this with any Codex rewards apart from Profiteer and the Level 75 reward?
    • Did any in-game actions, other than the update installing, appear to trigger this incident?
    • Linked screenshots or video footage of the before and after of this incident, illustrating the rewards disappeared.

    Once we have the above information, we'll review it and see what other details we may need for our investigation.

    My platform is steam, those were the only 2 I was "saving" so I am unsure if it effects more. I noticed after my first run after the update when i got some new codex entries. I do not have screenshots from before. they show completed in my codex but the ability to interact to claim rewards disapeared.
