God Will Sort The Dead Bug
My team killed 10 runners and hit final exfill on dire marsh but sadly did not get credit in the codex for the challenge. Is there any remedy? Tough challenge not sure if I'll be able to do it again anytime soon (or if I'll get credit that time). Would appreciate any assistance! Posting screenshot below, i am bad birch#3283 on pc

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with this codex. We've received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
I also have this issue except only one of us got the challenge unlocked and the rest did not. Would love to get credit for it as I'm not sure we'll ever go on a tear like that again. Darksteel got it and I (Cynn) did not. Can you guys toggle it on my account in the mean time as you search for a bug fix?
