Unsanctioned Hostilities 3/5 samples not appearing in inventory
Issue occurred 4/17 around 1:45 AM EDT. twxabfn#6178 on Steam.
Went up to the mission objectives, scanned them, picked up the sample each time, ran over to the DCON (exploding the whole way), opened it up, and no samples in my inventory. Exfilled, went back in, tried again with the sample by the guy with the messed up head, same thing - instantly started exploding, nothing added to inventory.
