Triage Codec Challenge Bug
I completed the Triage Hypocritical Oath Codex challenge but it did not give it to me in game. This occurred on Thursday April 16th, 2026 in a game on dire marsh. My bungie name is adonisclovers#1873 and I play on PS5.

We are aware of situations with that Codex Challenge not progressing properly.
We are currently investigating these situations.
Can this challenge complexion be added to my account codex? I’ve done this multiple times and haven’t been awarded the challenge.
