Screen choppy/vibrating when turning camera
When running and turning the camera or any kind of movement and turning the view, even sitting still, the screen vibrates or becomes very choppy,

I have attached a streamable showing the most extreme view of this.
when running its similar but not as extreme, you can see the fps counter in the top right is not showing any frame drops
these are my settings and they havent changed since the 1.0.6 update
playing on 1440p capping fps at 165

ok, this is making the game unplayable, getting motion sickness from how choppy it is
