Infinite Search for Match

Not a network issue on my end, my internet is fine and was fine when I started searching and has been fine throughout the search. I pressed play and have as of now been stuck on the loading screen for about 30 minutes, if I restart I get prompted to either reconnect or return to lobby. Reconnecting returns me to the loading screen of doom, returning to lobby means I lose my gear which I guess I'll have to do.

    We understand you're encountering difficulty in connecting to a match. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. While we realize you say there's no network issue on your end, all the same, you may wish to see if Optimizing Connections helps to prevent such an incident from recurring. If you continue to experience this beyond that suggestion, then please let us know whether any error codes or messages are presenting themselves, and we'll review.

    While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
