Computer Crash after killing enemy team
My team and i were in perimeter and killed an enemy team, i then killed an enemy team on the roof. Shortly after i killed the enemy team, my game specifically lost internet connection after a few seconds of sever lag, and then my computer restarted completely, and when i booted up the game, it told me i completely failed the run and it didnt give me the option to rejoin (my squad was still in the game).
Checked the event and at 4/14/2026 11:42:54 PM (CST) it had a critical Kernel-Power event 41. A player named Zackattack( Or something along those lines) subsequently sent me a friend request, but my squad informed me that was one of the guys whose squad i wiped.
Could this be foul play? Is there any way to get my things back? Or do i have to unfortunately take the loss on this. My team exfilled just fine though, so its not the worst thing, but if someone on the dev side could take a look at this round, just to see i would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the report! Rest assured that crashes are automatically reported to us when they occur. In the meantime, we recommend keeping your GPU drivers and Windows version fully updated.

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
I understand completely.
My system seldom crashes from anything at all, so this is a first for me.
Also the game isolated network issue that my game specifically experienced before the system crash typically rules out GPU driver mismatch (unless it decided to eat up all my internet).
