Lost 2 gold bully guns I lent to friend. My borrowed items were not returned after successful exfil.

I lost my 2 bullies and they are not in the mail - i have had no issues lending my friend guns in the past. 

please give me back my gear this is very unfair as i had to trade my ganglions for these guns.

    We understand some borrowed weapons were not returned to you after an exfil. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. For our investigation, please provide us with the following details:

    • The platform you play on.
    • The approximate date and time of this incident.
    • If certain in-game actions, apart from lending out the weapons, triggered this, then please outline those actions for us.
    • A linked videoclip demonstrating this incident. You can upload any footage you have to a site like Youtube and link us to it here.

    Once we have the above information, we'll investigate this further.

    I play on PC - it happened around 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm eastern time. 

    i lent my friend a gold bully because he does not have one - we assumed it was a one time bug so i lent him one again next match and it also dissapeared. Please return my guns!!! they are very rare

    At this time, we have taken note of your report concerning this incident. Should you experience this issue in some form again, then please consider capturing a videoclip of it, and linking us to it. That will help us to take a deeper look into what may have caused this.

    While we're unable to manually return lost items, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
