Two Button Inputs Not Responsive on Controller

I am having trouble executing inputs that are assigned to two buttons, specifically L1+R1 for the Prime Ability. When I attempt this input, more often than not my Runner will jump and throw a grenade instead of activating the ability. I tried changing the input to "hold" to make it distinct, but it still takes multiple tries for me to activate my Prime even when pressing both buttons at the same time. This has become an issue when attempting to activate it during a fight, preventing me from playing effectively. From what I can tell, I the input responds more reliably when my runner is standing still or crouched, and no other input has been made for a second. However it isn't foolproof.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your inputs in the game. To ensure that your controls haven't been remapped to something that may be causing this issue, can you head into Settings > Controller and reset all of the subcategories, to see if the issue persists? If you also have another input method (keyboard/Mouse or another PS5 controller) available, can you clarify if the issue happens with this other input device?
