Missing Twitch Drops and Collector's Edition Zero Step code email

Greetings!

I am missing the majority of my collected Twitch drops despite attempting to relink my account and reaching out to Twitch support. I am happy to provide photo evidence of my drops being marked as collected on Twitch as well as anything else you may require to rectify that situation.

 

Additionally, I have purchased the Marathon Collector's Edition and not received an email for the ingame Zero Step cosmetics. I tried reaching out to store support with no success, and I was hoping posting here may help me get that situation sorted out. Again, I am happy to provide any evidence you may require to help me rectify this situation.

Regarding the Collector's Edition rewards, we can only encourage you await a response from the Bungie Store, if you've already created a ticket and haven't received a response. You can read more about the Collector's Edition, if you haven't already by checking over the FAQ article.

    Regarding the Twitch Drops, to help us investigate further, can you provide us with a detailed list of what drop items you seem to be missing?

    I am missing "Tau Ceti Cup - Sticker" "Tau Ceti Cup - Background" "Tau Ceti Cup - Emblem" "White & Purple Weapon"

    "Graffiti Bingus Sticker" "GraffitiBingus Background" "Graffiti Bingus Emblem" "Twitch Engine Weapon Skin"

    "GLOWworm Weapon Sticker" "WEAVEworm Background" "SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit"

     

    Regarding the Collector's Edition, in the FAQ article it requests I open a ticket with Store Support with my order number and such: I have done that already, but is it typical to not receive a confirmation email regarding my ticket? Additionally, is there typically a longer wait associated with store support tickets? I appreciate your help!
