Unable to Untracking Valuables in Pause Menu

Description of Issue - Attempting to untrack Valuables via the pause menu adds another identical item to the tracking list instead of untracking the item.

Rough Date and Time of issue - 2–3 weeks ago from posting this. Still exists after 1.0.6

Repro steps - First, track any Valuable via the Codex. Then go to the pause menu and try to untrack the Valuable. See here: https://youtu.be/sFw8M-916Xg
