i have a small bat file running the ping command in cmd.exe, i ran it to see if the problem was my connection but it was fine, so my guess is that it's probably server side. didn't encounter anything else weird for the rest of the run !

Thank you for your report and additional information and video.
We are aware of situations with the UESC Transport Drone where its movement is slower than before and very choppy/jittery.
We are currently investigating these situations.
