Synchronized full team crash
4+7=15#1164 (me), Sam#7425 (squad member), sly#8435 (squad member)
Platform: All members in the team play using Steam
Issue Description:
At approximately 4:07am (BST) on 11/04/2026 my squad was in Cryo Archive fighting a player and all of our games froze then crashed at the exact same time. In the attached clip you can also see that we are fighting enemy player Dianouille#3004 who we contacted afterwards, they told us that their game did not crash and none of their squad members games crashed they just saw my squad stop shooting and moving.
Side note: You can also see at the end of the clip the application mingw64.exe opens on my desktop, I did not select anything to cause this to occur, mingw64 is used to build .exe files. I don't know if this is significant at all though.
Repro steps: We aren't sure how to reproduce this given the crash was confined to exclusively myself and members of my squad but not a player who was around 30 in-game meters in-front of us. Our best guess is maybe that it could be related to Bio-toxic Disinjector projectiles but we have nothing informing that guess.

Thanks for the report! Rest assured that crashes are automatically reported to us when they occur. In the meantime, we recommend keeping your GPU drivers and Windows version fully updated.

Please also note that the game is not officially supported on laptop devices, even if those devices otherwise meet the minimum requirements.
Thanks for the reply! I'm aware Bungie receives the crash reports automatically, I just thought it was worth reporting because the entire team experienced the crash at the same time which is something I haven't heard of happening from anyone else yet.
Any chance we can get our gear back from that run? Losing that gear to a crash like that just leaves a bad taste in the mouth if you get what im trying to say
