Traxus contract Unsanctioned Hostilities 2/5 not progressing on "Damage to runners" objective, softlocking the entire contract line due to no fixes or workarounds.

I cannot produce a video, however this seems to not be an isolated issue and seems to be a bug since launch.
I to am encountering this bug. I just got the contract, was able to progress it for 299 damage to runners and 1 out of 3 for loot runner bags. Whatever is causing the contract to not tract while active is annoying. I tried restarting, deactivating the comtract, nothing is working. The bug started after I went into another match to find runners to deal damage to and loot bags. Was this contract a in a single run contract before being changed? Or was it always this way?

Update: The contract is working. However the description of the requirements are misleading. No where does it say exfil to complete in any of the objectives. If you die before exfiling it doesn't count. Please update contract requirement description. Thank you.
I've also struggled to understand the specifics of the requirements for this contract, and have found that it does not say this, but seems to be that team damage is not counted only personal damage, and damage done by your claymores, trap packs, or any similar damage dealt while you are either down or full dead does not count either even if your team manages to pick you back up after and you do manage to exfil.
