Tracked loot items will duplicate instead of being untracked
I have several loot items tracked, but when I try to untrack the ones I've gotten all lore items for, the items just duplicate themselves in the menu rather than disappearing. I'll hover over the loot item icon I wish to untrack, press R, and then a complete copy of the loot item icon will appear to the right, both still being tracked.
