No response from dev team?
I'm still missing lux and one last twitch drop reward, I wanted to follow up on my support requests, I submitted my first contact form three weeks ago, and after not hearing back, I reached out on the help forum, where I was told to submit a second form, which I did two weeks ago. Both tickets are still showing as open though. I'm curious if anyone else is having this problem aswell?
I completely understand that teams get busy, and I'm fine being patient, I'd just really appreciate a quick acknowledgment so I know my requests are in the queue and being looked at. Even a brief update would go a long way. Thanks so much for your time!
