Server Slam Rewards
I played the server slam quite a bit, but when I transferred over to the full game when it came out, I didn’t get the emblem and player card. Is there any way those can be added to my account. I got to level 15 in the server slam if that matters.

No I didn’t. I just got one announcing the server slam ended, but none for my participation.

Thank you for following up. Please forgive me for the delayed response.
After reviewing your account, I can see that the Beta.exe and Complex Study rewards from the Server Slam are already in your account as of March 11 2026 20:39 UTC. There is currently a known issue where certain cosmetics fail to display in the Customize menu when setting the filter to "All". This is a display-only issue and your emblem and background should appear when sorting the filter by "Owned".
