I accidentally disabled chat upon initial game start, I’ve updated my settings and confirmed that I am an adult but the options are stilled grayed out. Can you please assist?

Players who are flagged as a child due to entering an incorrect Date of Birth can submit a ticket by using our Privacy Contact Form and selecting the “Correct My Data” option.
