Permanent Toxin
Username:Seized#5645 Platform:Xbox Time:~17:20 Evidence: https://x.com/i/status/2035438566986186883 I was in Cryo Archive, looting a vault, when we encountered a room when exiting that triggered toxin. I didn't have a mechanics kit but I was using triage so I thought I'd be fine with a drone, I ran through the room and got the toxin debuff but turns out that it glitched and got stuck on 6 seconds, no matter what I did I constantly took damage and ended up losing everything I had obviously because I ended up running out of heals and self reviving was pointless. Even tried loading out of and back into the game but that also failed. I'm aware that you're looking into it, however, will you be giving back all the players loot that died to it?

I'm still yet to recieve any of the items back that I lost, is this also something you're looking into doing?
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
