Dire Marsh - Maintenance - World culling issue when peeking through gap in fence

- Description of Issue - The world culls in an odd fashion when you peek through a gap in the fence, and its not an OOB type of area. The world is perfectly fine, visible and navigable when jumping over the fence.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 20th of March 2026, unsure of time.
- Repro steps - Just walk up to the fence at the area in the video (west of Maintenance, following fence) and peek through the gap. Occurs every single time.
