Hello, i got today stucked under some stairs on dire marsh after i died and got revived

Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Unfortunately we're unable to return loot manually outside of this automated system.

just happened to me 5 min ago.... that really pissed me off. then my crew got downed and couldn't get to them since im stuck under stairs... lost a good loadout... when is this being resolved?
