In-Game Voice Issue

Description of Issue - Showing up as blocked on my friend's friends list.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Second day of the server slam, he himself has never blocked me, we both have checked our bungie accounts etc and neither of us are showing up as blocked players. It's not allowing him to physically hear me on VC in-game at all and it's a hindrance. Been having this issue for quite some time need help. His Bungie Account Name is DeeeLuvvv#4202

If all else fails, try removing each other and then re-adding each other as friends. If you're still stuck, please send us a screenshot or two highlighting the issue and we'll be glad to take a look.
The problem with that though is that we’ve tried this already, we were never friends on bungie. Just through steam it’s how we were able to send party invites. Can’t even send a friend request since the whole blocking issue as well. Is it not possible to check on your guy’s side to see this whole blocking issue?

Thanks for the added details. You might want to try deleting and re-adding each other through Steam. In the meantime, we'll pass this along to the proper teams for further investigation.
