Randomly died in hauler lost 6k loot? Can I get it back ?

Was playing a solo run, walked into hauler got spotted by a shield bot then game randomly freezes. I can look around but can't walk or move. The bot looks like it's running in place then like 5 seconds later I was downed and the bot kills me after. I have never had this happen and I lost decent loot. Would like to know if I can get it back since I didnt do anything.
