Mic Failure - System Wide
I have been playing Marathon since server slam and have had no issues with my mic.
Today randomly, I join my friends from Discord and my mic becomes disabled. There is nothing in my PC that shows it is down. I restart my PC and I can communicate with my Discord and play other games with comms just fine.
I open Marathon and suddenly my entire system can no longer pick up my mic. No Discord. No games. Nothing. Even if I close Marathon nothing works and every setting, system-side, is as it should be. I have no overlays enabled and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
What is the solution. I see Bungie has no support system and I bought the deluxe edition beyond the point of refund. What do I do?

I've figured out the issue.
Settings > Social > Voice Audio Output
It is forcing me to route my Output Device to my microphone interface, which my headphones do not route to, it is dedicated to my mic only. If if route it this way I can talk in my Discord, but cannot hear my team mates in game. If I change settings to route to output to my headphones, my entire system cannot pickup my microphone (which makes no sense), I cant talk in Discord but I can hear my team mates in game. These system settings are changed in-game not on my PC settings. All other games work fine, extraction shooter or otherwise.
Playing on PC via Steam. Using AT3035 mic with Komplete Audio 1 interface. Headphones routed directly to my PC I/O.
I will note, using prox chat works and hearing prox chat works but team chat does not. This is only apparent after the most recent update.
