Mistimed text chat gets stuck

In some cases, opening text chat (e.g. to say GG) during exfil results in text chat field stuck open at the bottom of the screen after return to lobby. Impossible to close and progress to run debriefing, even though some other UI elements work (Settings, for example), and so the only resolution is to exit to desktop and restart.
