NuCaloric "ID confirmed" occasionally plays out of nowhere

Description of Issue - Whilst in a run, either in a Squad or Solo on Perimeter, whilst at South Relay or nearby, even though not being all that close to the tick-infested house with the NuCaloric intro mission, (where you first have to retrieve the employee's ID card, and then scan the nearby computer/terminal) I rarely, but occasionally hear "ID confirmed as Dr. Tobiass Luttero" even though I've done said contract already. I'm not sure whether it's an erroneous sound cue, or an accidental broadcast that should be only to the nearby player(s), it's happened only 2-3 times for me, and I haven't been able to record it.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Throughout the Server Slam, seemingly at random.
Repro steps - Possibly either pick up the Employee ID or use the Quest Terminal in the following step in the "Introducing: NuCaloric" quest line, and have another enemy runner nearby the building in the Columns, or completely in South Relay.

If this issue happen again after the server slam, would you be able to provide a video of this issue occurring? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best.

Update - I just had this happen after the Server Slam again. I was in a solo game and I had the Introduction: NuCaloric contract selected when I heard the voiceline play whilst approaching the Columns, as someone else was doing the same contract. I'm unsure of the range where you can, or cannot hear this, but I have attached a link below with a snippet of me approaching the building from South Relay.

Let me know in case the [mostly] full run, or anything else is required. (I only started recording with 24:20 remaining, so basically at the beginning.)
P.S. This bug occured now as I myself also had the "Introduction: NuCaloric" mission, but during the Server Slam I had this bug occur multiple times even with different contracts.
