4080 Laptop + 13900HX Getting ~40 FPS

Running this on a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i (Gen 8) with: • i9-13900HX • RTX 4080 Laptop GPU (175W) • 32GB DDR5 • Hybrid mode OFF (dGPU only) • Samsung Odyssey G9 via DisplayPort (5120×1440) I’m averaging ~35–45 FPS even on low/medium settings. Things I’ve tested: • DLSS set to Performance • NVIDIA Reflex On • Lowered shadow/detail/distance settings • Disabled dynamic resolution scaling • Tried 1920×1200 windowed → still ~40 FPS • GPU usage sits around 35–45% • CPU total usage around 40–45% Since lowering resolution barely changes FPS and GPU usage stays low, this looks like a main-thread/engine limitation rather than GPU bottleneck. Other modern games run perfectly fine on this setup at high settings.
