Incorrect Volt ammo count in Armory

Description of Issue
Because of how Volt ammo (Volt Batteries and Volt Cells) works differently compared to the other ammo types, with each inventory item being a single "magazine" instead of an individual bullet, each magazine item is technically 1,000 "bullets." The "In Your Inventory" value for Volt ammo in the Armory is using that technical "bullets" value instead. For example, if I have 1 Volt Battery, that is technically 1,000 Volt ammo, but the inventory item is the 1 Volt Battery, so the Armory should report that I have 1 in my inventory instead of 1,000.
