[UI Bug] Material tracking stuck / Ghost duplicates with "Expansion" upgrade (CyberAcme)

Description: I am stuck with 3 materials permanently tracked since activating the "Track materials" option for the storage upgrade "Expansion" at CyberAcme. It is impossible to untrack these original items, and attempts to disable them using the controller end up creating duplicates.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate "Track materials" on the "Expansion" upgrade at CyberAcme.

2. The materials correctly appear in Settings > Tracked Items.

3. From the vault, select one of the materials (e.g., Unstable gunmetal).

4. Press R3 to untrack: No reaction (the UI indicates it is disabled, but it remains tracked).

5. Press R2 (Track for upgrade) on this exact same item: This creates a duplicate in the Tracked Items list.

6. Go to Settings > Tracked Items: The duplicate can be manually removed, but the original item remains impossible to untrack.

7. Press R3 directly on the "Expansion" upgrade: This makes the item appear/disappear in the individual tracked lists, but it only affects the duplicate, while the original item remains stuck.

Actual Result: 3 items linked to the CyberAcme storage upgrade are stuck on permanent tracking and completely ignore the R3 input.
