Squared lines appear on scope

• Description of Issue - A square made out of lines appear on scope while the scope overlap with some object (?). It stays and flickers while moving and aligning the scope with said object. Mind you there is no "physical" or in game object at this spot. At least during this run.
 
• Rough Date and Time of issue - 01 03 - around 1PM (GMT+1)
• Location - Perimeter - Station - Under bridge outside main building.

• Repro steps - hug the wall or look at the middle of the floor under the bridge.
