Loot disappearing after a run

I had a blue Ammo bag that didnt show up in neither the vault, nor the overflow after a ROOK run
It's not the first time i had loot disappear after a run, i also had a purple BRRT that disappeared after exfil
i have a recording of the after action report showing it was on my back, then when i went to the vault to sort out my equipment, i noticed it was absent in both the overflow and the actual vault

Ok i just looked at my recording again, and somehow i missed that i also lost a blue Longshot??
Again, it showed up in the after action report, but not in the overflow or the vault

a) Were these items affected by the "Compromised" Item Status Effect (red text background on item icon)

No, the items were not compromised
