Poor performance on PC

Hey there, I'm sure there's a good amount of posts with complaints similar to mine, but I figured I'd just throw my 2 cents in regardless; I feel that PC optimization could be better. Although I am playing on a laptop which is not an "officially supported" platform, I am running this game on a 1660 Ti and Ryzen 5 4600H with 16GB of DDR4 RAM. This is all at least nearing if not surpassing recommended specs, but I only find myself getting around 45 fps very often no matter what settings the game is on, lowest or not. This is strange to me, given that I can play more graphically demanding/intense games like Helldivers 2, Arc Raiders, Active Matter, etc at 60+ frames at fairly high settings with little issue. I hope Bungie can improve the game on this front as this is my only major complaint with Marathon and the one thing that really is holding me back from having a totally fantastic time.
