Insta-died randomly

Description of Issue -
I loaded into a solos game on Perimeter, did some looting, and then instantly died. No enemy, no gunshots, no damage report, I didn't even get downed. Instantly died and got the "Run Complete" message. I didn't record it but if it happens again I'll get a vid.
Rough Date and Time of issue - About 11:10AM CST Feb 28

Ive witnessed this bug as well, 3 times today. Unfortunately I was also unable to get a clip. This a game killing bug please fix this Bungie.
This just happened to me on Perimeter also. I was at North Relay and just dropped dead. No damage report and no bleed out and I was just walking around.
I had the same issue. On Dire Marsh, ran and jumped off small platform and pulled out Thief Tactial ability as landing. Insta-full died no Gunshots no down marker. Excuse the exclamative at the end of this clip.
