DLSS not working in any form

DLSS is not working in any form. I'm surprised more people aren't talking about this (maybe some don't realize and just think game runs bad). The new Nvidia driver update had a GPU fan issue so they took it down. I reverted to the previous drivers, but now Marathon isn't compatible and changing/using any DLSS settings does absolutely nothing. Please, please address this. Thank you.
