Audio Issues

My audio is as follows:
IEMs > Creative Sounds Sound Blaster X4 > Voicemeeter Potato
Digital Output A1
Sample Rate: 48000
Buffer: 512

I hear a noticeable pop every second. Crackling in all audio. After firing a weapon, sound completely disappears, followed by an extremely loud pop, no matter what volume.
Not happening in any other program.
