UI buttons have artifacting

The buttons in the UI are flickering and have some weird artifacting going on, this appears to be a driver issue. I am running the latest Nvidia drivers on an RTX 5070 12GB.

(Edit) This appears to have been caused by the Smooth Motion setting in the Nvidia control panel/app being enabled.
