Cursor is bugged, completely broke the tutorial for me

Description of Issue:

Mouse cursor isn't working at all in menus for me.

I spawned in the tutorial, ran into the truck for cover while I changed audio settings, but my cursor would not work so I couldn't navigate the settings at all.

While in the menu, lightning from the environment killed me while inside the truck, which brought me to a screen that said I could replay the tutorial or "forfeit the rewards". I attempted to click the "replay" button, but the cursor, still bugged, didn't seem to work and instead brought me to the main menu.

So now I can't replay the tutorial to get the server slam cosmetic, and I also can't use my mouse to navigate the main menu literally at all.

Rough Date and Time of issue - ~5:45 PM PST 

Repro steps - No idea what caused it, I played the alpha and didn't have the same issue. I'm running on Steam with a 4080 super, 11th gen i9 CPU, and 64 GB of ram, so this is completely an in-game issue.
