Reset progress and start over from beginning
Hi, all!
I started the game, this evening, but I had to quit at the very start, during first building exploration, while system was telling me what to do.
When I got in, later, it got me on a mission, where I didn’t know what to do, as I haven’t armor or weapons.
I looked around for a way to start over, but I didn’t find it, and there’s no data saved on PS5 or cloud.
What can I do? Is there a way to restart from the beginning?

Checking with the team, we've confirmed there's unfortunately no way to restart the tutorial right now. That said, we've flagged this for the team to look into.
I have a similar problem. Skipped the introductory mission by mistake, as I had to leave from my computer quickly. I think this tutorial mission has to be done to get some rewards. But there is no way to reset progress and start from scratch as far as I know.

Same thing happened to me. Hoping Bungie comments with advice on how to reset/start over?
I had to exit the tutorial because I was having a lot of initial issues. I figured I can get back into it but unfortunately it is not possible. Perhaps they can give the badge and background to everyone who simply participated in the server slam. While they are just cosmetics the rewards will still be nice as some of the first people to play the game :)

Can the team hand out the emblem and background that’s exclusive to playing this mission to everyone who participated in the server slam? That would resolve this issue :)
i also had major issues, and when i restarted the game i wasnt able to replay the mission...................
