4060 8gb 12th gen i7 with 32gb of ram. Cannot seem to get over 50 fps no matter what settings I use.

Maybe a bug with 40 series cards not utilizing DLSS or something. 

But this feels off. 

All settings on low, DLSS on performance and still dropping to 35 fps in gun fights.
