Killed Compiler - No Codex/Skin (S'phticide: Recon) Unlock even though we initiated the fight and I did damage to Compiler

I've seen this is a known issue. Cleared Compiler using my DNA card, did damage to the boss, and exfiled with loot from the final room. Teammate running Recon was granted the Codex entry and skin. ...
