UPDATE: What I discovered... Tap no-longer can be used to Open radials. It can be used to 'use', ie Use Consumable. This wasn't the case prior to update. Tap was used to quickly open a radial, but ...

Not sure how a video would help, as there's nothing to to show... Tap simply doesn't do anything. As a note, Press | Hold | Double Press still function properly. Here are the steps... Open Setting...
