    Thanks for reaching out.

    Have your friend try the following:

    • Make sure they are viewing the base Marathon product page on PlayStation Store, not a Deluxe or upgrade listing
    • Fully restart their PS5
    • Check for and install any available system updates
    • Open PlayStation Store again and retry the purchase from the base game page

    If the store still does not allow the purchase, please have your friend contact PlayStation Support directly. If they already purchased a PlayStation add-on or upgrade and still cannot access the base game, please include that detail when contacting PlayStation Support.
