Lost all of my exfilled items from prior run due to claiming a new sponsered kit

I recently did a run where my fill team held off another team while killing a Warden. When I exfiled, I went to the armory to get a new sponsored kit before dealing with my newly acquired loot. When I had done so, I was shocked to see that ALL of my new guns, consumables, implants, emp grenade, and even my blue backpack did not went to my vault but were instead DELETED from my profile entirely. The only things that I kept from said run were (probably) my collected salvage and valuables from said run.

This was the only run today where I actually gotten some stuff to use besides getting either scrap from my teammates or died from other players and this bug has KILLED any desire to continue playing. Please fix this and give me back the stuff I have earned in the video.
